• Need assessment to understand current organisational challenges, goals and priorities • Creating key strategy documents, i.e. theory of change, annual and multi-annual plan, workplan/logical framework, budget and Resource Allocation. • Develop key policy documents, e.g. Safeguarding, Code of Conduct, Human Resources, Financial Management, Procurement, and Data Protection • Support NGO with adoption and integration
